Is FeSolutions legal advice?+

No. FeSolutions is a tool that encodes industry-standard TCPA and DNC practices. Your business is responsible for FTC National DNC scrubbing, state-level rules, and honoring revoked consent. Consult counsel for your specific situation.

Does FeSolutions dial for me?+

FeSolutions surfaces a callable queue and opens your phone with a tel: link. We do not provide telephony in v1 — bring your own softphone, VoIP line, or Twilio integration. Power and predictive dialer features are on the roadmap.

How does the 8am–9pm window work?+

We derive each lead's timezone from their phone number's area code and block calls outside 8am–9pm local time unless an override reason is recorded. Every override is logged.

Can I plug in a paid DNC scrub API?+

Yes — the dnc_status field is structured to receive results from DNC.com, Contact Center Compliance, or your provider of choice. The integration point is prepared; wiring takes about an afternoon.

Can agents see all leads?+

No. Row-level security limits each agent to leads explicitly assigned to them. Admins see everything.

Do you store express written consent?+

Yes. Every lead can have one or more consent records with source, capture timestamp, and the exact consent language presented. This is your audit trail.

What CSV format does the import expect?+

Headers: first_name, last_name, phone, email, state, source, vertical. Phone is required; the rest are optional. Phones are normalized to E.164 on import.

How do I invite an agent?+

From the Agents page, click 'Invite agent' and enter their email. They'll receive an invitation, and on first sign-in they're automatically given the agent role.
