Compliance, built into the dial.
FeSolutions is an outreach tool maintained by its account holder. It encodes industry-standard TCPA practices so you can focus on conversations, not litigation. The points below describe controls that are active in the app today — they are not legal advice.
Calling-time window (TCPA safe harbor)
Every lead's local time is derived from their phone area code. The dialer hard-blocks calls outside 8am–9pm local unless the caller documents an override reason — which is permanently recorded on the call log.
DNC suppression
A central DNC list suppresses any matching lead from the dialer queue and the click-to-call action. Admins can add numbers manually, paste bulk lists, or wire a paid DNC-scrub API in a future release. Caller-requested DNC during a call is auto-applied.
Express written consent
Every lead carries a consent record: given (y/n), source, timestamp, capture user, and the disclosure language presented. Calls without consent on file trigger a warning at dial time and are flagged in the audit log.
Audit trail
Every call attempt — connected or not — writes to the audit log with timestamp, disposition, calling-window state, consent state, override reason, and the caller's user ID. The log is admin-readable and can serve as documentation if a complaint arises.
You remain responsible for scrubbing against the FTC National Do Not Call Registry, state-level DNC lists, honoring revoked consent, and any vertical-specific rules (insurance regulators, MLS/NAR for real estate).
